Sometimes, life forces endings upon us:
The job lost.
The relationship ended.
The loved one gone.
In those moments, fighting only deepens the pain. Surrender trusting the river is the only way through.
Other times, the crucifixion is ours to choose.
Letting go of the job, the relationship, or the version of ourselves that no longer serves us.
I used to cling too tightly, ignoring the signs, afraid of what waited on the other side of letting go.
I’m better now. Better at seeing the signs. Better at trusting the death that precedes the rebirth.
What might resurrect in your life if you let go of what must die?
